Hi. I received a new router yesterday in the hope it would solve my long-running internet connectivity issues, but I cannot sign in on any device as I get an error message of:

 

The web page at http://www.passwordhelper.talktalk.net/ could not be loaded because:

 

net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

 

I've spoken to agents on Live Chat who keep asking me to do the same tests and checks but nothing works. Is there something wrong with my router or is there a way to fix this issue?
