Powerline adapter failed

One of our TalkTalk DHP-300AV powerline adapters used for internet connection to the TalkTalk TV box is dead.  No lights on, and have tried it in a different socket, reset it etc.  I first contacted TT on 22 June, then again on 29 June for an update.  There had been a 'technical issue', & was told the adapters would be longer to arrive.  10 working days further on, and there's still no sign of a replacement powerline adapter.  Can you help? Check what's happening?

Hi

There were 2 types of TV box, The 4K Box was the Netgem box, no longer provided, the current Android based TV Box we refer to as the TV HUB.

This is available and you can give our teams a call and request the new TV HUB if this is something you are interested in.

Thanks

Karl.

Thanks for this.  Makes sense.  Is the new TV hub the 4K box?  Frustrating that I spent so long on TT Support live chat on two occasions discussing replacement, when they're not supplied any longer...

Hi

We no longer issue Powerline Adapters as these were originally supplied with the older legacy youview boxes.  TalkTalk Stopped providing the older TV Boxes over 3 years ago.

Powerline Adapters have also not been provided for some time and we no longer have stock of these.  The new TV Hub is Wi-Fi capable and does not require a wired connection.

You can source powerline adapters online at most popular retailers.

Thanks

Karl.
