Hi I have an engineer coming on Tuesday afternoon I’ve had no internet since last week! I think I’ve identified the problem it my router that isn’t working! Will the engineer have one with him? Or can you send me out one!

OK, we can arrange a visit from an Openreach engineer. If you'd like us to do this can you confirm:
- That you accept potential Engineers charges
- Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday

Yes the router is powered on and connected to the phone socket it will not pick up the network! This is terrible it’s a week today and everything is runs off the internet tv etc! Who is to say that bright spark won’t cancel again! Please get in touch with them and tell them they need to come asap! I have my mother coming and she has medical needs! This is awful! 20 years and no one is willing to help!even send openreach there more reliable

Line test is showing that the router is powered down, is it currently switched on and plugged into the telephone socket?
