Hi.
My internet went off last night, I contacted talk talk who said s restriction had been placed on my account due to an unpaid bill which I wasn't aware of. I paid the balance to which my balance is now £0 and was told my services would be enabled within 1 hour.
24 hours later I still have no internet.
My router is a solid white colour, so that's not the issue, however on multiple devices I've tried to login and none of them work, I get an error message saying
'500 internal server error there is a problem with the resource you are looking for, it cannot be displayed'
I've been back and forth with talk talk live chat who were pretty useless just telling me to turn router on and off which I already did.
Does anyone know what this error means? I just want my internet back can anyone help!?

Did you turn off all equipment for 30 minutes to clear the session ?

@Jamieleewv, it should be left off for at least 30 minutes.
If you are not back up and running after that, you will need to contact Talktalk via phone /Chat over the weekend.
There's a skeleton staff on Monday - otherwise normal service resumes after the Bank Holiday.
