VPN Blocked by my wifi connection

Hello, 
I use a VPN connection (with OpenVPN) provided by my University. Unfortunately, this get blocked by my TalkTalk router. I can connect but the speed is incredibly low. The same problem is not there when I use other WiFi networks. 

Can you help?

Hello,

I switched off the router for more than 30 minutes and now the wifi itself does not work. Could you please fix this asap?

OK, could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

I am not sure what you mean here exactly, it isn't blocked if it is working, albeit slowly?

You need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings....Personal Information.
