Unable to get apps on. Have tried testing connections, unplugged the connector and re inserted, switched off at socket. All to no avail. This has been at least 3 days now. talktalk says there is a problem which they are trying to fix, please try later. How much later do we have to wait?

What model of TV Box do you have ?
Is this connected directly to the router or via powerline adapters ?
