Hi,
I posted a message about a week ago and have as yet received no reply. Can't say you provide good customer service.
I am an existing customer but I had to reregister as my partner who dealt with everything died very suddenly recently. I couldn't find the details of my account with you, so please find below information that might help you find my account and can you please reply this time!!
I hope to receive a reply this time

@Patty55, to add your details where only you and staff can access them and for staff to identify your account go via your avatar/name; settings.
There's a Personal Information area there and private notes can be added at the end of that section. You must then SAVE CHANGES.
Very important that no personal information details are ever displayed in the public thread, where spammers and scammers might pounce on the information.
Any notification emails you receive related to the thread are from a No Reply address, so follow up on here unless staff ask you to Private Message them.

Can you update your community profile with any account information preferably the landline number or add the full address to the private notes section of the profile
