You are impossible to contact when there is an issue, you have the worst BOTs going with their limited responses! You re-route me to UW, who say it is an issue at TalkTalk and so the circle starts again! How do you stay in business?

It was an error on my end, for not informing the customer to send it privately.

The mobile number should not have been displayed in the public thread: only sent by PM to staff or saved in Private Notes in the profile area.
I have removed it from public display.

This is a joke, the BOT doesn't recognize the mobile number on the account OR the landline taken from my account page, it asks for the postcode and name, it repeats it back and drops the call ...useless absolutley useless
