The mobile number should not have been displayed in the public thread: only sent by PM to staff or saved in Private Notes in the profile area.

This is a joke, the BOT doesn't recognize the mobile number on the account OR the landline taken from my account page, it asks for the postcode and name, it repeats it back and drops the call ...useless absolutley useless
