So I recently downgraded back to fibre 35 because fibre 65 was not working properly for me, my line had faults and I had speed issues. Now I've downgraded the issues have magically disappeared. Proof the fault was with fibre 65. Now all I need TT to do is updated my account because it's still saying my guaranteed speed is 39mpbs.

Could I just ask where you are seeing the guaranteed speed of 39Mbps?

No I wasn't anywhere near my guaranteed speed because my sync speed was low. Then I found out my exchange box (MYUND) output speed is 20-40mbps. So fibre 65 is not available in my from my exchange. So I downgraded and no issues at all

OK thanks, I'm sorry that Fibre 65 didn't work out for you but glad to hear that Fibre 35 is OK

@Gav 31 all fibre cabinets are capable of Fibre 65 speeds, max speed 80/20.

 

However, not all lines can sustain those speeds due to their length and quality.
