Fast Fibre upgrade

On the 3rd April I opted upgrade to fast fibre but now over a month later still no new router or any email updating me on a go live date. So no idea how I can get this upgrade. Not sure how I get to make any progress other than using the community for help.

I'm sorry for the delay. Does the order show as progressing in your My Account?

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number
