Fibre broadband dropping

Fibre Broadband keeps dropping to no connection( 4days) router flashing red then orange occasional connection usually in evening.Left limited message on talktalk call centre line no option to give details or speak to anyone.

 

Following this received an email to say my phone line had been checked and fine.

Broadband  status says connection fine all ok.

Yes did try reset! 

 

have read ALOT of similar posts in last few days!
