Was wondering. What's happerning with the Internet as have not had it since 48 hours have knowlage with this and there is no issue with cables. When checking the health check and saying there is a issue with the broadband have tryed resetting it checked all plugs and tested all cables restarted it for 30 min and. Longer and still nothing. Was wondering whats happerning and if there will be compensation for the issues going on as have tryed everything that has been said on here but still nothing. Please can I have awnser what is happerning to fix it and what will be done to fix the days of issues that has caused issues with work and course work that is now late due to the days of issues. If this continues may need to Co some place else as this is now effecting work and could lose my job over it. Thanks

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is showing in sync and connected.
