We're having an issue after having Sky Q installed where we cannot see the Netflix app, speaking to the Sky engineer it's apparently an issue with third party routers blocking the access, I believe he mentioned something about port forwarding which I didn't understand and can't really remember now.
Here's some details first;
Router: Talk Talk Sagecom Fast 5364-3. T8 on a faster Fibre Package
Connection from Router to SkyQ - by ethernet cable.
All other devices on network performing fine and no speed issues
Netflix works fine on other devices (tablets etc.)
Sky Q box has been updated to latest software, etc.
