My broadband connection disconnected around 2pm today (20th April). The router status light is orange. I have restarted the router (switch off, turn on) to no avail. After 3 hours, still no broadband service.
Can anyone please check and advise?
PS According the talktalk status page the broadband service is up and running all over UK.

Hi @Simun Varlid Jacobsen your post has been flagged for assistance and you should hear asap, but due to workload it will take longer than usual. Faults seem to be in many cases being picked up in the background and resolved leading to many oh it's alright now conversations.
Whilst this is great, and I hope it happens for you it would be very kind if you could drop a note on this thread advising of same.
