We had builders in last Thursday, after cleaning up they have caught the fibre optical cable and snapped it from the plug. After numerous attempts to resolve this with talktalk I'm still none the wiser as to when an engineer is coming. Frustrated is not the word, kids need internet for college work and my partner is working from home and has had to take out a mobile broadband contract till this issue is resolved. Any help??
