so, just upgraded to faster fibre and welcome pack happens to mention that I'm going to be charged £4 a month for talktalj TV

(8am to 8pm) When calling TalkTalk the automated phone service will ask for a mobile number if you'd like to continue your call via text message. You'll get a text and you reply with your question and the support team will answer.

Oops didn't mean to post so soon.

I never had talk talk TV and don't want it now. Isn't this a massive scam as lots of filj won't check the welcome pack?
