Hi, my new fibre Broadband went live last night, I was advised by email that a new super router would be sent free of charge, but no sign, and unfortunately I no longer have talktalk tv as the router, a Huawei HG523a doesn't seem to work with fibre, any help/advise gratefully received,

Hi Debbie,

thanks for your response, I spoke to the Loyalty Team early last week re my TalkTalk Tv, but forgot to mention the non arrival of the new router, also spoke via 'Chat' to Tamara from the 'Better Value Team' (yesterday Sunday 18th), mentioned the outstanding router but got no response and when she asked if there was anything else she could help with ,being a twit,I again forgot to mention it. Should I speak to the Loyalty Team next ?
