Renewed my service in July, with an activation date in August and the promise of a voucher from Giftcloud.
I've waited more than the required amount of days and not received anything.
Reached out to giftcloud and their support is not helpful and questioning which deal i signed up for and suggesting cookies at the time were the issue. However the renewal was done by phone.
Is there a direct communication or template to use when contacting giftcloud to get them to release the voucher?
