Renewed my service in July, with an activation date in August and the promise of a voucher from Giftcloud.
I've waited more than the required amount of days and not received anything.
Reached out to giftcloud and their support is not helpful and questioning which deal i signed up for and suggesting cookies at the time were the issue. However the renewal was done by phone.
Is there a direct communication or template to use when contacting giftcloud to get them to release the voucher?

Hi,
I have seen multiple posts online about this with Giftcloud and TalkTalk and Sky, I renewed way over 90 days ago, was in touch with both Giftcloud and TalkTalk. Still not received and it’s been a nightmare trying to get it resolved.
i have called TalkTalk and told to speak to giftcloud.
then all you can do is email giftcloud and get an automated response and wait days for a real human and then they ask you a load of questions which will delay again another 5-10 days.
i hope i will have my voucher soon.

The only update is that there is a delay with vouchers at the moment, Sorry.

They dont reply to me I just pass your detials to them, they will email you when they voucher is issued.
