We moves from BT to TalkTalk faster fibre last week and since the move we have been unable to use our IPTV.
Other than this issue I’m very pleased to have switched provider.

Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-
1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it) and what firmware version is it running?
2. What is the IPTV equipment that you have?
3. How does it connect, via a wired or wireless connection to the router?
4. What exactly is the problem with it & when it does not do what you want, do you get any error messages & if so, what are they exactly?
