I've spoken to Talk Talk agents for now the 3rd day today, spent 2 hours talking to them yesterday and we went through the tests and it still wasn't working and we seem to be going around in circles about testing equipment which I've done.
The same agents I've spoken to seemed to have forgotten I spoke with them for 2 hours yesterday. Going through the same questions and clearly not comprehending the situation.
It's obvious it's an external fault or the fault of the router as whenever the wind picks up the connection goes down.
