Hi I have reached out to TalkTalk as my internet is unstable and means I often lose video when speaking to colleagues on calls. I've gone through the bot customer service which runs the diagnostics and which tells me my internet is fine, but this wasn't happening previously. I tried again and they apparently installed the latest firmware for me which did nothing. Please can you help?
