Hi Clement2
You will need to call us ASAP, homemove transfers can take minimum of 2 weeks to go live, given the timescales there will be a loss of service.
Request to speak to the homemove team on 03451720088
Regards.

Phone first thing Saturday (not open Sunday) and ask for Home Move team.
Simply filling in their online form doesn't appear to be working properly just now.
03451 720088 should be open between 9am and 6pm tomorrow, @Clement2.
Normally they expect 2 weeks' minimum notice.
You need to check that Talktalk can actually provide the service you want at the new address. If they can't you need to give them 30 days' notice of leaving and pay any early termination fees due. That's with the Loyalty /Retentions team.
Otherwise go ahead with Home Move: £60 to move, but if you take out a new contract that is waived.
You need to make sure that nobody can use your old line after you move out, while still in the notice period. I think they can put a block in the line so that nobody clocks up a phone bill for you.
