since last week Friday the 24th of April, I have not got any Internet connection and have started getting on the nerve because they internet to learn. also my house phone is working, there is no tone and keeps telling the line in use

We have many self help services in place now due to the lock-down if you have access to My Account there are links on there to help self diagnose and report faults and cancel engineer appointment's
