I switched last month from now tv broadband to talk talk . The first 5 days of service the speed was 65mbps + cause I was monitoring it day per day . After day 5 the speed dropped to 48mbps and remained there .
very disappointing cause the main reason I switched was to get a faster internet and not slower .

You need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @Gerasimosbou.
Please go via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard.
You need to check what your minimum guaranteed speed for your line is supposed to be.
Go through Service Status (see forum menu) and check what is displayed in service centre. In Speed to your Router, click through to view the average speeds from the past few days.
A line like this -------- indicates the minimum guaranteed speed relative to your measured speed.
Staff will reply during the week, Monday to Friday.
