Removing connection from Router

I need to remove access to an old phone from my router

How is this done ?

I can access the router (192.168.1.1) and see all of the different options (including Access Control) but when I select the item to remove - it only allows modification of connection - not complete removal....

Hi

I think it just lists devices that have been connected previously, I think the only way to reset this currently would be a factory reset.
