Replacement Router

I want to renew my current contract but want to upgrade my old router first.  Does anyone know what number to call to discuss this as I cant find one anywhere.

I currently have a D-Link-DSL-3782.  My internet is slow and has a poor signal around the house.  It needs a software update but I cant work out how to do this but I think it would be better to upgrade as its a few years old and never was that great in the first place.

I have ordered you a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
