Replacing a faulty Fast Fibre router

My Fast Fibre router has stopper working - no internet, no broadband, no wireless, no DHCP and no access to the router interface either.

I managed to locate an old Talktalk ADSL router and that is now working okay -slower but working.

How do I order a replacement router?

I have received a new Fast Fibre 5464 router on Friday and setup on Saturday with no problems.

Many thanks for the swift help.

Will send the old router back in the post to diagnose/recycle etc. Would be nice to know the cause for old router to give up

working after a few years of good service.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
