My router is incredibly old. It's been Highlighted as the issue my internet doesn't work properly. The connections l drops and I go periods of time with no internet.
iv just spent over an hour with live chat to be told If I want my internet to work I need to pay £60 and I don't have that money.
I suffer with mental health issues and not being able to use my internet to access my support system when needed is incredibly distressing.
iv been with talk talk for over 13 years, I don't understand why needing a router upgraded is my responsibility when I pay for my package?

I have been with Talk Talk for more than 20 years. I am having difficulty opening some apps. I don't experience a problem when I am connected to someone else's router. Will you please replace my router which I have had for many years?
