Hi,
My Sagemcom-FAST5364 Router has stopped working, it flashes amber and doesn't connect to the internet. I managed to borrow a router to test the internet connection, so can confirm the internet is working, just not the router.
I've tried a hard reset on the router, but I still have the same issue, it doesn't seem to respond to the reset (I've held the button in for 30 seconds).

Received the new router yesterday and all is working again.
