Router keeps disconnecting, and telling me I am connected with no Internet connection and when it comes back on I end up getting really slow speeds everytime, I have it fixed and the normal speeds only last for 2 days maximum

If you do wish to cancel, @Siannn, you'd need to phone 03451 720088 and discuss a fee waiver etc.

if this continues I dont see any other way forward than to cancel my contract because I am paying monthly for something I can't get any use out of as I said I've had this problem since the 6th of August so I am sure I'm in my right to cancel the contract free of charge

I checked the channel and it keeps being changed I switched it back and speeds have come back up
