Hi, I am experiencing connectivity issues with my Sonos speakers and have been advised that disabling WiFi optimisation on my router may resolve the problem. Could you please turn off WiFi optimisation on my router?

I'm sorry to hear this.
We are no longer able to switch off WIFI optimisation.
Can I just check, did you split the SSID's on your router? Is it only the Sonos speakers experiencing this issue?

It's no longer possible to get wi-fi optimisation switched off, @drdavidaldred.
