I've just received a charge for £75 for an engineer callout fee. Firstly, I didn't request an engineer it was reguested by TalkTalk. Secondly, I never agreed to any charges for an engineer. Thirdly the issue still remains that my service drops intermittently, usually in important meetings.
I've tried the chat function where I was repeatedly asked to wait, disconnected then reconnected to different 'agents' and got no resolution.
What do I do now?

I can see a credit has been raised for the charge.
