One of my two eero 6s (mesh extender node) is faulty.
Devices connected to it are reporting a very low download speed test figure (about 20Mbps when it is normally 150Mbps). Signal strength is fine and there is no Wi-Fi interference. I have tried moving it to other locations within my property, but it is still the same.
If I turn this eero 6 off, leaving just the gateway eero in the mesh, the speed greatly improves. The same device, in the same location, but connected to the gateway eero, jumps up to about 120Mbps).
Please, can you send me a replacement eero?

Thanks for that, however, my speed tests are still way down in the 60Mbps area, although the app reports the full fibre coming in at the ONT of 150Mbps. It all started after an eeroOS update & I now think it damaged the gateway as well as the extender. Please can you get me another eero 6 & a returns bag, so that I can send the faulty two back?
