Red LOS light on Open Reach box

Good Evening
I have no internet service and the earliest Open reach appointment is Tuesday 15th August 2023 between 8am and 1pm.
I need this sorting sooner. Please can somebody help and get me an earlier appointment.
The LOS light is RED.

Hi
Sorry to hear this. If the earliest Openreach visit has been booked, then we are unable to secure any earlier appointment and must wait on Openreach engineers to complete the visit within their timescale.
