Absolutely shocked and discussed by the inability to get any support. I'm ready to cancel my service on the grounds of you not providing the service i am paying for and not being available in any context for support.

1 hour on the phone and the woman could not hear anything i was saying in full to even get past verification - all down to sever delays on the lines and language barriers. Absolute joke.

 

Please get in touch ASAP.
