I've just upgraded to fibre optic and have been sent three routers, and a fourth which hasn't been delivered. Has TalkTalk gone mad? What the hell am I supposed to do with the spares? I am most certainly not paying to send them back. Will you stop sending me routers? I also don't know what I'm supposed to do with my old broadband router, I haven't received any instruction since signing the new contract.
TalkTalk, your customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, and I cannot get my head around the fact I have to voice this on a forum rather than just emailing you directly.
Looking forward to some instruction for the pile of routers by my front door.

Are these eero routers , if they are you can use one of the spare ones to create a mesh network and that will solve your issue with wifi coverage

There are no prepaid returns bags with my routers - please can you arrange for 2 of these to be sent to me.
Can you also send a prepaid bag for the return of my old router?

Yes we recycle old routers also.
For the WIFI issue start a thread in the broadband section and someone will be able to help

Ok so I don't need them all haha.
OK and what should I do with the old router which I binned the box of 5 years ago? Do you recycle these?
Finally, my wifi does not reach the whole apartment, how do I extend this further?

Each router should have a pre paid returns bag included in the box. If there isn't we can request some to be sent you.
