I have FTTP and a TalkTalk Sagemcom FAST5364 router plugged into the ONT. First problem was devices couldn't connect to WIFI. After advice from the live chat I did a factory reset. Next day, trying to connect via wifi gave an incorrect password error. logged in to router, checked, then changed the password. Same result. Tried resetting the router again.
Now it doesn't connect to the internet.(flashing orange/white light then steady orange) Also there is no wifi network. I can see next doors vodafone but no talktalk wifi. Finally I now cannot connect to the router via ethernet cable.
Plugged an old Apple Airport device into the ONT and everything works perfectly.
How do I go about getting a replacement?

I had the exact same problems over night. Still waiting for an engineer to contact me in the next 24 to 72 hours!!! I connected my old super router HG635 to see if it was the router at fault and the connection worked (much to the disappointment of my daughter as she now carry on her online revision😂) So when they eventually contact me I will let them know that I have determined that the router is at fault.
