CallSafe will not activate

Hi,

 

I've tried to activate CallSafe by dialling 1472 and the voice says it will activate it, but it has not.

 

I've also tried activating CallSafe via the CallSafe web page online, but it has still not been activated.

 

I have tried both these methods several times, but still no luck.

 

Can someone enable this for me please?

I've just tried again and it has activated now.

It has been successfully activated and deactivated previously on the 'My Account' website using the same laptop and web browser.

 

Perhaps the system has become confused where I have made several consecutive attempts, and needs resetting?

Hi,

 

Ok, have you also tried to switch this on via your My Account? I've included a Help Guide below which has more information. If this doesn't work then could you confirm, specifically what happens when you try to activate this in my account and if you've also tried using a different browser and are pop up's enabled?

Hello,

 

Just to confirm, did you try the below? Has this previously worked ok?

 

To switch CallSafe on, simply dial 1 4 7 2 from your TalkTalk landline, then press 1
