Lost Land-line access since installation of fibre 150

Phone service inoperable after installation of fibre 150.
Tried unplugging phones rebooting eero although b/band working fine. Biggest problem is you can't speak to talktalk despite offers to help, useless aftercare!

Did you sign up for a VOIP/digital voice package when you upgraded?

First and foremost, you need to have specifically ordered a Full Fibre service with Digital Voice, did you do that? The phones will no longer work over the old copper landline.
