Hi I reported that my home phone was not working (no incoming or outgoing calls possible) on Monday and I’m still waiting for an update on what is happening- can someone please help?

I realise that this will not help you, but we have been waiting for 7 days for a problem to be resolved. Hours spent on the phone to their "help" desk. Two days ago they promised a 50% reduction in the phone bill as compensation and that the problem would be sorted. Also, an engineer was suppose to call us to make sure all is ok. No call from the engineer and no reduction in phone bill applied and the fault still there.
