Hi - I have full broadband speed but no phone line. There is no dial tone at all.
The problem is external I think. Does anyone know who I contact and how? Is it Openreach?

You should report it directly to Talktalk, @Blunderpuss, so that they record it [that can start the clock ticking for engineers to sort it / compensation if it takes too long etc.]

You can't report it directly to Openreach - they'll just tell you to contact your ISP.
