My Talk Talk Phone Bill includes a charge of £9.82 which I was not expecting. It is called Shell Energy Rated Call Usage. Can anybody explain what this is please ? I cannot find reference to it anywhere.
The charge is for the anytime calls boost, but it looks like there have been chargeable international calls on your bill, so I suspect the Shell energy rated charges may be for international calls also, could this be the case?
I assume that you are an ex-Shell Energy customer & as such all help is provided by the main Service Centre on 0345 172 0088 and ask for the Shell Migration team. Currently, the forum cannot help you with this.
