VOIP Now available via City Fibre

I see that TalkTalk are now advertising VOIP via CityFibre. How do I go about upgrading to this from my current copper service. I have been upgraded to Full Fibre 65. I dont use a TalkTalk router so will need a grandstream adapter or will TalkTalk release the VOIP settings for 3rd party VOIP phones.

Apparently on the Full Fibre community, TalkTalk do not offer VOIP on city fibre.
