caller display no longer working

I have deselected and re selected caller display in my account settings but still not working.

Thanks. I've passed this over to our Faults Escalation Team now and I will let you know as soon as I receive an update back. As advised, it's also possible that the team may contact you directly.

I've made a changed, can your retest and let us know if caller display is now working

It was working up to about 10 days ago. I have two phones connected and both were working ok. I have disconnected both phones and reconnected, but still not working. I believe something has changed at the exchange end.

Has caller display ever worked on your line? (previously)

 

Have you tried connecting the phone directly at the test socket? Do you have a different phone that you can test with?
