Activation Code for new 4K TV Box

I have setup my new 4K Remote following the onscreen instructions as far as getting the Activation Code using the link tv.talktalk.co.uk/activation
Unfortunately the Activation Code was not shown. Please advise how to get the Code. Thank you.

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.
We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

How do you get your tv to work ,it was ok until today then router stopped working internet ok any advice

The code will usually be shown when pairing your mobile App. If not shown, try powering off the box for a couple of minutes then retry.
