We are no longer able to view Channel 4 catch up TV although this has been workingh up to a few days ago.
We can still get MY5 and BBC Iplayer. However, we are unable to get ITVX because we are using a 'Legacy' YouView set top box.

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.
We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

Was there ever a solution to this? I have a brand new box and no channel 4 app or ITV X. This essentially makes this box useless in our house and I may as well go back to the competitor product.

can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset and this will reset the box and reinstall any apps, see if this helps.

No errors (as with itvx). Ch4 OD programs just don't start.

I wonder if, like with ITVX, the latest upgrade to the Channel 4 app has simply not made it on to these boxes.
