I have a new Talktalk Hub but ITVX doesn’t feature although it is supposed to be available.

Hi

 

Do you have an aerial connected to your HUB. the ITV X App will not show unless an aerial signal is present.

I have the same issue with my TalkTalk Hub (received 19 Sep 2024), I cannot get the ITV X app.  I’ve tried the ‘factory reset’ (not that it is called that!) it didn’t work.  I’ve finally worked my way to find the ITV X app - it states: “Your device isn’t compatible with this version”.

The whole point of getting the new hub was to address this.  I’ve tried the ‘chat’ but after connecting, finally, to a TalkTalk expert I received no form of communication - after a 15 min wait I’d had enough.  (Lots of ‘hello’, ‘are you there’ etc but no response).

This has been reported before. A factory reset has usually restored this.

 

You can find the reset option within the settings menu.
