Is this your TV  Orr your TalkTalk box?

 

If your box, you will probably have either a 4k box or TV Hub.

 

If so then you would be best to do a factory reset to reinstall the app.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
