Missing Netfix

I don't have Netfix showing on my TV anymore only my phone?

I also want to log into the new ITVX but don't know how too access this?

Can you help please.

Hi Sarah,

 

If you have an older youview box, these no longer support the new Netflix and ITVX apps.

 

If you have a smart TV, then these should have these apps included.

 

If not you might consider upgrading to the new TalkTalk TV HUB.  If this is something you consider, give our teams a call and they can discuss with you.
